Ki-Meditation

The difference between more and less effective performance in daily life is usually related to how calm your mind is. In extreme situations, it can even be the difference between life and death.

Tohei Sensei has developed a method of Ki Meditation that helps us realize calmness of mind and body simutaneously. Ki Meditation consists of two steps which are repeated.

  1. Shuchyu-ho (Concentration)
  2. Kakudai-ho (Expansion)

At Rocky Mountain Ki Society we will teach you Tohei Sensei’s method and through daily practice you can perform to the best of your abilities.
